We offer advice on a wide range of commercial arbitrations and have expertise arbitrating under the rules of major arbitration institutions such as the ICC International Court of Arbitration of Paris and the Court of Arbitration of the Beirut Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Our services further include enforcement procedures of the award before the competent courts to ensure fast and efficient results to our clients. As a way of exam, we have successfully secured an ICC arbitration award for an Iraqi trading company client in relation to a French investment project in Iraq through arbitration proceedings before the International Chamber of Commerce and Arbitration in Paris up to the issuance of an award in favor of the client and follow up on the enforcement procedures with the French lawyers up to the full payment to the client.
