We advise international clients on procurement and prequalification and tenders processes for significant large public projects for the solid waste management, wastewater treatment plant, renewable energy (wind and solar), and oil& gas (upstream and downstream). Our expertise includes advising on RFP requirements, contractual issues and environmental requirements, agreements enforceability, supply of LNG, receipt, storage and regasification via Floating Storage Regasification Unit (FSRU), construction of gas pipelines, transportation and sale of gas, including advising on applicable laws, licensing and regulatory requirements, taxation issues, project structuring, lending arrangements and corporate structure.
