We provide local and international clients with in-depth legal input on all aspects of employment law including employment agreements, registration requirements before the competent authorities, applicable National Social Security Fund regulations, benefits and contributions for Lebanese and non-Lebanese, legal advice on issues relating to salary increase, employee breaches, dismissal, fraud, non-competition and compensation, in addition to tax considerations (including relevant bilateral treaties), employees handbook, work permits, labor disputes, notices and legal claims.
As a way of example, we handle all legal matters of an employer in the retail industry having over 500 employees. We have provided legal advice to international companies on legal requirements and disputes involving employees employed in Lebanon and abroad.
