Environmental Law
We specialize in environmental law. Our role encompasses advice on rules and regulations applicable to factories, wastewater treatment, solid waste management, hazardeous waste, renewable and non renewable energies sources such as solar energy and wind energy, and water laws. We further follow up on claims and litigation relating to breach of environmental laws .
As a way of example, we have advised a client on prequalification and tender processes in relation to a public tender for solid waste collection and treatment in Beirut District.
