Project Development and Property Management
We specialize in large-scale development projects including retail business, shopping malls and mixed-use communities. We advise on property purchase, corporate and tax structure, shareholders agreements, financing and loans arrangements in addition to matters relating to zoning regulations, decrees for non-Lebanese entities, constructions laws and governmental permits. We assist clients starting from land acquisition, throughout pre-construction and construction phase and completion as well as project operation and estate management (including owners association regulations). Our scope includes preparing agreements with contractors, subcontractors and consultants, unit sale agreements, lease agreements, service agreements, supplier agreements and employment contracts. We further assist in contractors claims and issues and litigation associated with the operation of the project.
