We provide legal assistance on energy related projects. Our work includes the electricity sector, oil& gas and renewable energy. We advise on corporate and tax structure, fuel supply agreements (including Jet A1 fuel), storage agreements technical services agreements, marketing agreements in addition to advising on licensing and permits requirements and preparing reports on applicable laws and regulations. We provide local law support for the evaluation and implementation of renewable energy tenders, supply of LNG, receipt, storage and regasification via a Floating Storage Regasification Unit (FSRU), construction of gas pipelines, transportation of gas through pipeline and sale. We prepare legal due diligence reports and documents for the acquisition of energy companies and further execute related implementation.
